Car Bench presentation at New BMW Training Center in South Africa

Midrand, South Africa – In light of the recent inauguration of the new BMW Dealer Training Center in Johannesburg, South Africa, Car Bench has been invited for a Company and product presentation on a seminar held on June 6th and 7th 2019.

The brand-new technical and non-technical dealer training facility has been recently built to give BMW Group’s training department a centralised, state-of-the-art facility to help dealer’s partners meet the exacting standards expected by the customers.

The 5500sqm, R109-million facility offers training on all BMW Group brands for the Dealer Network. The centre can host 220 training delegates a day and contains 17 lecture rooms.  

The Training Centre plans to deliver 150 000 training man hours in 2019 and it is definitely geared for the task.

The Car Bench team who attended the seminar had the occasion of presenting the Company and all the recent work developed in partnership with BMW Group to a group of some thirty bodyshop representatives and to the BMW aftersales team and their Trainers.

The product demonstration was focused on the unique Electronic Measuring System 'Contact Evolution' that was used to measure the shell of a 7 series with mechanical parts fully stripped.
